We deliver medicines to your doorstep by procuring them from licensed medical stores based on your prescription or photo. We only bring the medicines you need, but we do not sell medicines or provide medical consultations.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the prescription you upload. If the prescription is unclear or invalid, the order may be canceled.
We ensure that your medicines are delivered on time. Delivery timing depends on stock availability and location. In case of any unexpected delays, you will be notified.
Certain medicines, such as controlled or restricted category medicines, can only be provided with appropriate documentation and approval. Additional documents may be required for ordering these medicines.
If you face any issues with medicine delivery, please contact our support team immediately. We will make every effort to resolve your issues as quickly as possible.
Medicines can only be returned within 7 days of delivery. A 50% deduction will apply on the return. Returns are only possible in case of damage or incorrect medicines being delivered. Proper evidence will be required for returns.
